Omega

Omega is a Go analysis tool that searches for similar positions of your game in a library of game records, and analyzes all the positions with Leela Zero, an open source AI. By comparing Leela Zero's responses to your game and other similar games, you are able to get a better sense of how to play at a similar position in general.
Inspiration:
We are go players and we need a tool like this! And we believe it would be helpful for other go players.
What it does:
Omega is a Go analysis tool that searches for similar positions of your game in a library of game records, and analyzes all the positions with Leela Zero, an open source AI. By comparing Leela Zero's responses to your game and other similar games, you are able to get a better sense of how to play at a similar position in general.
How we built it:
We listed out the functionalities we need to accomplish, and each teammember takes one when they have finished their previous task.
Challenges we ran into:
A lot of bugs..... Interfacing Leela Zero was challenging, and doing the math to search through dataset was challenging too.

Design pattern, good data structure.

Fixing bugs and finish up the search and display.
